Delete your account

Two ways. Both remove everything, both are free, neither needs a reason.

In the app (instant)

1. Open One Sip and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete account & all data at the bottom.
3. Confirm. Your account, every reading and every photo are deleted immediately.

By email

If you no longer have the app, email business.strolladou@gmail.com from the address you used to sign in (or the Google account's address), with the subject "Delete my One Sip account". We delete within 7 days and reply when it's done. Guest accounts that never signed in have no email; use the in-app option for those.

What gets deleted

• Your account (email or Google id) and profile answers (name, city, preferences).
• Every coffee-stain photo, reading, rating, weekly recap and share card.
• Friend readings you sent, and your name and account link on readings you claimed.
• Your subscription record. The subscription itself is managed by Google Play: cancel it in Google Play → Subscriptions, otherwise it keeps renewing.

What is kept

• Anonymised consent records for friend readings (policy version, hashed email, hashed IP, date), as required to show consent was given. They cannot be linked back to you.
• Crash reports and analytics events already sent, which do not contain your name, email or photos, and expire on their own within 12 months.
• Nothing else. There are no backups of deleted photos.
